- An eye color base for upper eyelids, to be used on top of foundation.
- It brightens up eye colors and stays in place without caking, whilst banishing dryness in the delicate eye area.

After applying foundation, but before eye makeup, take desired amount onto the built-in applicator, and rub onto eyelids.
- If you want to add a glow to lower eyelids, lightly apply a very small amount.
